Vinosha Portfolio has attained recognition as an efficient service provider for kiosk banking in the industry. Retailers can benefit greatly by registering themselves as a Customer Service Point (CSP) through Vinosha Portfolio and together contribute towards achieving the objectives of financial inclusion. Existing retailers will be required to work directly or under the retail merchandising unit (RMU) tree in accordance with the existing arrangements with Vinosha Portfolio. Those who are looking for new association with Vinosha Portfolio should enrol themselves as a retailer and then apply for SBI kiosk banking or Bank of Baroda kiosk banking. They are required to follow a set of simple procedures to get them registered as a CSP:

Step 1: The retailer must fill an application form which can be either downloaded online through Vinosha Portfolio website or by visiting any of the Vinosha Portfolio offices spanning across the country.
Step 2: After duly filling the form with relevant details, prospective retailers have to send their forms to Vinosha Portfolio. For verification purposes, they are also required to submit supporting KYC documents.
Step 3: The forms will be sent to the concerned department where the necessary verifications, validation and approvals will be done. Vinosha Portfolio ensures the CSP is informed about the status of their request in a timely manner. Once the form is verified and accepted, the CSP is trained. After the completion of training, the CSP is enabled to start transacting. The CSP needs to fulfil the certain infrastructure requisites for the enrolling the service. Moreover, the new CSP will be equipped with some facilities such as biometric reader, software, sign board, etc.
